Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using SymmetriQ (the website and the Telegram Mini App) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use SymmetriQ
You must be at least 18 years old. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
3. What SymmetriQ is
- SymmetriQ measures facial proportions from your photos and estimates a score using published research and an AI model trained on human ratings.
- Results are estimates. They depend on your photos, lighting, camera and expression, and they can be wrong.
- SymmetriQ is for information, entertainment and self-improvement. It is not medical, psychological, dermatological or cosmetic-surgery advice. Talk to a qualified professional before any medical decision. We do not recommend procedures.
- Your score is not a measure of your value as a person.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scan or share results about another person without their consent, or use SymmetriQ to mock, harass or rank other people;
- upload photos of minors or content you have no right to use;
- try to bypass the paywall, limits or security, copy or resell the service, or overload it with automated requests;
- use the app for anything illegal.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Accounts
You sign in with Telegram, or with Google on the website. You are responsible for your account. One subscription works on both the website and the Mini App when you use the same account.
6. Free preview and plans
- Your first scan includes a free preview with part of the report. Further reports require a plan.
- Plans: Week $4.99, Month $9.99, Year $49.99 (prices in USD, paid in cryptocurrency, including TON). Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
- Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, you can buy a new one. We may remind you in the bot before it ends.
- Plans include unlimited scans with a fair-use limit of about 10 scans per day.
- Payments are processed by Rune Pay (rpay.gg). We cover the processing fee. Network fees of your wallet are yours.
7. Payments and refunds
- Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain.
- If you paid but did not get access because of a technical problem on our side, write to symmetriq1@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment ID. We will either activate your plan or refund the amount in cryptocurrency, minus the network fee.
- If you send less than the invoice amount, send it to an expired invoice, or send the wrong currency or network, contact us: we will resolve it manually where possible, but cannot guarantee recovery.
- Refunds are not given for change of mind or for disagreeing with your score.
8. Our content
The app, design, texts and models belong to SymmetriQ. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you use the service. Share cards you create can be shared freely.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep SymmetriQ available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or improve features, including how scores are calculated, so scores may change between versions.
10. Disclaimer and liability
SymmetriQ is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using SymmetriQ and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or the bot. Using SymmetriQ after changes means you accept them.
