Privacy Policy

Effective: October 26, 2026

The short version. Your photos never leave your phone. The face analysis runs on your device. We keep only what we need to run your account and subscription: your account ID, your plan, your payments and your scores. We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

SymmetriQ ("we", "us") is a face analysis app available as a website and as a Telegram Mini App. For any privacy question or request, write to symmetriq1@gmail.com.

2. Your photos stay on your device

Photos and camera images are processed in your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers and we never see them.
To show your report and check your plan, your device sends our server numbers only: face measurements (such as proportions and angles) and an AI "fingerprint" of the face, which is a list of numbers, not an image. The server uses them to calculate your report and deletes them right away. We do not store them and do not use them to identify you.
Saved scans in "My scans" (small preview images and results) are stored only in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

3. What we store

Account: your Telegram user ID and name (if you use Telegram), or your Google account email (if you sign in with Google).
Subscription: your plan, when it started and when it ends.
Payments: payment ID, amount, currency and status received from our payment provider. We never receive your wallet keys.
Scores: your overall score and pillar scores with the date, so you can track progress. No photos, no face measurements.
Basic technical data: error reports and simple usage counts (for example, number of scans per day) to keep the service working and to apply fair-use limits.

4. Why we use it

To provide the app, your report and your subscription.
To process payments and prevent abuse.
To send you service messages in Telegram, such as "your plan ends in 3 days". You can stop them at any time in the bot.
To fix errors and improve the app.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We use a few services to run the app, and they receive only what they need:

Cloudflare: hosting of the website, servers and database.
Telegram: sign-in and bot messages in the Mini App.
Google: sign-in on the website, if you choose it.
Rune Pay (rpay.gg): cryptocurrency payments. Payments happen on public blockchains, which are public by design.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account, subscription and score data while your account exists. Payment records may be kept longer where needed for accounting or disputes. When you delete your account, we delete your account, subscription history and scores.

7. Your choices and rights

See or download the data we hold about you.
Correct it, or delete your account and all related data.
Withdraw consent for optional messages.

Write to symmetriq1@gmail.com from the account email or Telegram account you use. We reply within 30 days.

8. Adults only

SymmetriQ is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your settings, your saved scans and the AI model files, so the app works faster. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We keep stored data to a minimum, which is the best protection. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or the bot.
